Notes
Fished deep over drop-offs on a fast sink line with a short leader, letting the line sink to the bottom before retrieving. The foam eyes lift the fly off the bottom and out of the weeds, and two or three short 8 to 10 inch pulls followed by a pause make the fly rise and dive with a pulsing mink tail.
